Community Partners Program
At River Bank & Trust, we're committed to helping those who serve our communities. Our Community Partners Program offers unique financial support for current or retired law enforcement officers, educators, healthcare workers, firefighters, first responders, veterans, active-duty military members, or their surviving spouses purchasing a home.
Qualifying homebuyers can access up to $15,000 to help with down payments, closing costs, and rehabilitation expenses associated with purchasing a home. Funding is available to eligible individuals, including first-time homebuyers or those who currently own or have previously owned a home.
First-time Homebuyer Program
Buying your first home is a significant milestone, and we're here to support you every step of the way. Our First-time Homebuyer Program provides eligible individuals with up to $12,500 to assist with down payments and closing costs.
Program Qualifications
- Homebuyers must contribute a minimum of $1000 towards the purchase, occupy the home as their primary residence, and complete a homebuyer education and financial literacy course specified by FHLBank Atlanta.
- These programs are products of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, and eligibility requirements apply, including household income restrictions.
