River Bank & Trust Director, Banks Herndon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Auburn University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alabama. Banks practiced law for 31 years and has been involved in land, timber and cattle businesses. He has been married to his since 1968. Including their daughter-in-law and son-in-law, they have 5 children and 4 grandchildren. Banks and Margo have been active in their church for many years and have led a young adult Sunday school class for 15 years. They live in Opelika, Alabama.
