Our debit cards give you 24/7 access to the funds in your checking account. Plus, River Bank offers 5 ATM fee refunds per statement cycle to make banking with us more convenient. And we provide instant-issue debit cards, so you can avoid mail delays and get your card faster (some restrictions and fees may apply).

Debit Card Management

When it comes to your River Bank debit card, you're always in control! With the Manage Cards feature offered within online banking and our mobile banking app, you can fight fraud, set up alerts, and monitor your activity. 

Debit Card Transaction Alerts 

Receive near real-time text or email alerts when your card is used to help prevent fraud.

  1. Select Menu.
  2. Select Documents & Settings, then Manage Cards.
  3. Select the card you want to establish the alerts on, then select Manage Alerts.
  4. Select Enable alerts for this card.
  5. Select Alert Type.
  6. Select Approvals or Both Approvals and Denials, or Denials. We recommend choosing Both Approvals and Denials. 
  7. Enter your email address and/or your cell phone number, then select Save.

Turn Your Debit Card Off & On

Have you temporarily misplaced your debit card? Turn it off immediately, and then turn it back on once it's safely in your possession. 

  1. Select Menu, then Documents & Settings.
  2. Select Manage Cards.
  3. Select the card you want to manage, then select Turn Card Off. 
  4. Select Turn Off to confirm. 

To turn card back on, simply go back and follow the same steps but select Turn Card On.

(Turning your card OFF only impacts future debit card [point of sale and ATM] transactions. Any previously authorized transactions will be paid, and any recurring transactions you had previously set up will still occur. Turning your card off will not affect your checks, mobile or internet transfers, bill payments, or any other type of transactions in your account[s].)
