Dear Valued Customer,

At River Bank & Trust, the health and well-being of our customers, team members, and the communities we serve is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19). Rest assured, we are committed to being responsive to your financial needs as the situation evolves.

What we are doing:
It is impossible to predict the full impact the virus may have; however, we are taking necessary steps to prepare. Our business continuity and pandemic plans are updated regularly to prepare for situations like this. And our contingency plans are actively being reviewed to minimize disruptions for our customers.

Our coronavirus task force is closely monitoring recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) as well as state and local health officials. We are educating our team members and taking the appropriate actions to reduce the possibility of infection.

What you can do:
Use our digital banking services. You can access your accounts online or by using our mobile banking app. From there, you can check balances, deposit checks, transfer funds, make payments, open accounts, and more. If you haven’t enrolled in online banking or downloaded our mobile banking app, please consider doing so at this time.

If you need cash, use any ATM you choose with your River Bank & Trust debit card. You will not pay withdrawal fees, because we automatically reimburse them.

Be aware that scammers exploit situations like this. River Bank & Trust will never contact you by phone, email, or text to ask for your private information.

Any updates related to this matter will be available on our website at riverbankandtrust.com and on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter - simply search @myriverbank. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Our team members at River Bank & Trust are here to help!

Sincerely,

Jimmy Stubbs
