Montgomery, Alabama: Polly Hardegree named Montgomery County President

River Bank & Trust Chief Executive Officer Jimmy Stubbs is pleased to announce Polly Hardegree's promotion to Montgomery County President. Hardegree, an Executive Vice President and the bank's Wealth Management/Retail Banking Manager, is part of the bank’s 2006 founding team. She has spent her 48-year career creating exceptional banking experiences for her clients and contributing countless hours to community organizations throughout the River Region.

“Polly is an amazing banker and a respected leader throughout our organization and the Montgomery community,” says Stubbs. “Recognizing her as the Montgomery County President is most appropriate and well deserved.”

Polly, an Alabama Banking School graduate, is a past president and board member of Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts, Capital City Club, Baptist Healthcare Foundation, Hospice of Montgomery, Montgomery Area Council on Aging, National Kidney Foundation, and American Heart Association. She is also a past president of the National Association of Bank Women and the American Institute of Banking. Polly has been married to Don Hardegree for 52 years. They are St. James United Methodist Church members and have one son, Jason, and two grandsons, Parker and Connor.
