Rebecca Hallman Named Executive Vice President at River Bank & Trust

Prattville, AL, September 15, 2022: River Bank & Trust's Chief Executive Officer Jimmy Stubbs is pleased to announce Rebecca Hallman's promotion to Executive Vice President. Hallman joined the Bank in 2006 and serves as Human Resources Director. In her new role, she will continue developing team member talent and managing HR operations while contributing leadership to the Bank's overall initiatives.

Hallman graduated from Troy University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance. She attained Human Resources Certification from Auburn University Montgomery and will graduate from the LSU Graduate School of Banking in 2023. Hallman has led the Bank's internal River Region United Way fundraising campaign for over a decade. She is the chair of the Staff Parrish Relations Committee for the First United Methodist Church of Prattville, where she attends with her husband Stan and children Ford, Sophie, and Bella. The family resides in Autaugaville, Alabama.
