Prattville, Alabama, August 12, 2021: Chief Executive Officer Jimmy Stubbs is pleased to announce that River Bank & Trust was recently named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Alabama. Business Alabama and Best Companies Group created the survey and awards program to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Alabama. Founded in 2006, River Bank & Trust employs 262 individuals at nineteen locations across the state.

Companies across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Companies to Work for in Alabama. The first part evaluated each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part was an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies.
