Daphne, Alabama: Stephen Schlautman joins River Bank & Trust as Vice President / Relationship Manager

Coastal Region President Doug Thomas is pleased to announce that Stephen Schlautman has joined River Bank & Trust as Vice President and Relationship Manager. Building on the bank's growing momentum in Baldwin and Mobile counties, Stephen brings key strengths: nearly two decades of commercial lending experience and a strong commitment to the community.

"We are excited to have Stephen on our Coastal Region team and look forward to him applying his extensive experience and education to help grow our business as well as help our local business owners grow their operations," says Thomas. "He has enjoyed a long career in this market, and his skill set will add value to our local business community and the River Bank & Trust mission."

A Stonier Graduate Banking School alumnus, Schlautman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in banking and finance and a Masters of Business Administration degree with a finance concentration from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is a past president and current member of the Rotary Club of Mobile West, a past member of the Executive Board of Mobile Area Boy Scouts, and an incoming board member of St. James Episcopal School in Fairhope. As a staunch supporter of the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce, Stephen is heavily involved in the annual Capital Campaign Chamber Chase. He attends Eastern Shore Baptist Church with his wife, Millie, and their children, Steve and Kate.
