Josh Holder Joins River Bank & Trust as Destin Market President

Destin, FL, November 25, 2025: Florida Panhandle Region President Brad Hayes is pleased to announce that Josh Holder has joined River Bank & Trust as Destin Market President. In August, the Alabama-based bank announced its arrival in Florida and will open soon at 36150 Emerald Coast Parkway in Destin. With more than a decade of experience in retail and commercial banking, Holder will serve clients across the Panhandle and help establish the bank’s presence in the region.

“Josh is a respected leader and banker, with a strong understanding of the Panhandle market,” says Hayes. “We’re thrilled to welcome him to our team.”

Holder earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University and is a graduate of the Florida School of Banking. He serves as Treasurer for the Rotary Club of South Walton. Holder lives in Santa Rosa Beach with his wife, Tonya, a private wealth banker, and their daughter, Sophia.
