River Bank & Trust Welcomes Kent Tinsley as Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager

 

Destin, FL, December 12, 2025: Florida Panhandle Region President Brad Hayes is pleased to announce that Kent Tinsley has joined River Bank & Trust as Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager. Based in Destin, Tinsley will serve business and consumer clients across the Panhandle.

"With 25 years of experience, Kent helps his clients succeed with a focus on relationships," says Hayes. "He is a strong addition to our growing Florida team."

Tinsley graduated from the University of West Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Recently, he completed the Florida School of Banking. He is proud to serve on the board of the Montessori Learning Center in Fort Walton Beach and the executive board of the Krewe of Bowlegs. Tinsley is also an active alumnus of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. He lives in Shalimar with his wife, Mary, an independent financial advisor and owner of Tinsley Wealth Management. The couple has two sons, William and Brooks.
