Gene Crane has worked as a banker in the Montgomery area for 36 years. He joined River Bank & Trust in 2011 and serves as Executive Vice President & River Region President. He graduated from the University of Alabama business school in 1987 and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware in 1994. Beyond his work responsibilities, Crane has provided leadership to numerous civic and nonprofit organizations, including the River Region United Way, the Alabama National Fair, the Alabama Wildlife Federation, the Alabama Shakespeare Festival, the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Alabama Multifamily Loan Consortium. He is currently a board member and executive committee member of the YMCA of Montgomery and an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Montgomery.
