River Bank & Trust Breaks Ground on New Birmingham Office

Birmingham, AL, June 2, 2025: Birmingham Region President Brian Ethridge is pleased to announce that River Bank & Trust has begun renovation of the former CVS Pharmacy at 1100 Montgomery Highway in Vestavia Hills. When completed, the 11,000 square foot modern banking center will replace the bank’s temporary location at 1425 Montgomery Highway in Park South Plaza.

“Park South Plaza has served us well as a starting point, but we’re ready for the next chapter,” says Ethridge. “This new location and facility gives us the opportunity to grow our team, add the convenience of drive-through service, a large conference room, and River Bank’s signature hospitality area so we can offer the full River Bank & Trust experience. We anticipate moving into this location by the end of this year”.
